Pretty good! The canopy itself is serviceable, and falls well when hung. The hardware included to hang it necessitates having a drill, however. You get a set of screw hooks and some sub-par plastic drywall anchors. The screws themselves are fine, but if your expecting to screw them in by hand, they’re meant for wood, not drywall, and if you’re having them go directly into a wood stud you need a drill anyway and if you’re doing them into drywall the screws will not hold past the first time you accidentally get the canopy stuck on your knee getting into bed or your pet jumps on the outside of it — they’ll rip right out of even good drywall. The anchors are, as I said, about as basic and sub-par cheap drywall anchors as you can find, but if you have a drill to make the hole to put them in and your drywall is really sturdy, they’ll do okay as long as you don’t have anyone pulling on the canopy or they’ll definitely come loose after some time. If you have old drywall or crumbly drywall, you’ll definitely need WAY better anchors, and I’d even suggest to anyone needing to use anchors to get their own and forego using the ones included. Aside from the hardware being generally garbage, the canopy itself is a good entry-tier canopy for an affordable price. If you’ve never had one before and just want to try one, this is a great choice! It’s also great for a child’s bedroom so long as your child understands they can’t be pulling on it — the tie off ribbons for the corners WILL tear off with a good tug, if you have it attached well to the ceiling. For people wanting a more elegant canopy with a bit more durability, I’d suggest finding one for a bit more price-wise that’ll be of a better quality build, but as far as for me and what I wanted, this is a good starting option. Nice material, however waaay shorter than I thought it would be. But this may vary. I have 9 ft ceiling. I did this little swooped design because of how short it was. Overall I guess it's cute. Took me an hour to put up and was very confusing where corners were. However, I think I would've been fine without purchasing this. Read more
When I was growing up all I ever wanted was a canopy bed and my family could never afford one and it's all I ever dreamed about. Shoot forward and now I can make my dreams come true with this! it's super easy to install and has a couple ways in which you can hang them and I have also added my own lights and a picture to the top and its magical to say the least! I always forget I do not actually own a canopy bed, its just a curtain but it does make my space a lot more dreamy. I like the design for the bug repellent factor as well. this would be great over a tent or going camping. It looks thin but it s a great thickness to not be to heavy but still be sheer. and when I close it gives the feeling I have my own little cave to hide in. perfect for people who are overstimulated easy and need a hiding space.
