i was looking for a pair of low-crotch 3/4 shorts to replace my old pair from H&M, since they are demolished. these are the closest i could find. first, i wanted these for exercising, and yoga, but they do not have enough give in the crotch for physical activity. given how low the crotch is, you'd think there would be plenty of give; on the contrary, the length of the legs with the drop counter each other, resulting in a very restrictive feel. the fabric is stretchy, however it feels like a resistance band; meaning, it will move to a point, then just has a hard stop. i know if i were to do a lunge in these, they would rip. aside from that, they are fairly comfortable. not crazy about the knee pockets. really just a poorly thought-out design, in general. onto the size: i am 5'8", 130lbs. i got a size medium. they fit perfectly, not too tight or too loose.
