Perfect gift for our brother in the nursing home! It's large enough and easy to read - and not so many features and buttons that he can easily get it "messed up" (by getting it off the main screen). So, the functionality is perfect for our use. The weight is hefty enough to suggest good build quality, also. It's been working well for over a month so far. This should be a great watch. Unfortunately, it has a defect that makes it a piece of hot garbage. I've ordered two of these. The first time, the case BROKE right at the lower left hand corner, cracking the entire lug in half and falling apart, so that the spring bar had no way to continue to attach to the case. OK, I thought this must be a fluke, so I got a second. Nope. Same thing JUST happened, same place, after only a few months of wearing. Bad casting, bad design, bad manufacturing, or all of the above. It's not "wear and tear," I am a 75 year old who seldom leaves the house, not a 25 year old ripped jackhammer operator. Read more

For the price point it’s a decent watch. It’s sleek and looks nice but the numbers are a little hard to read with the black on black option. It fits comfortably and is lightweight but the hourly beep is annoying to others I’ve also had problems with the time/date/days changing randomly. Read more

I needed a new watch for sailboarding (they take a beating) and couldn't tell how the black background would work so I got one of each. I mostly just need a stop watch. They both work well in daylight but the black gets pretty dim in lower lighting. Not really interested in having to hit the light button each time I want to know the time. The buttons are a little different from what I am used to: lower right instead of lower left initiates setting. Read more
