Nice shirt. My height 5'7", weight 155 pounds, and chest 42-43 inches. I bought the medium size shirt. The shirts are slim fit. They fit me well about the chest but if I gain weight they will be too snug. The sleeves are a bit long for me, perhaps about 34 inches. I prefer sleeve length 32-33 inches. I would purchase this shirt again. Read more
