The ears are too big. The protective cap where the rotary blades spin is a little larger than it needs to be. That is, the plastic margin from the cutting head to the edge of the head is wider than necessary. The result is that it is difficult to push the cutting blade close to certain areas like under your nose. The plastic edge bumps your nose before the spinning blades reach the last whiskers close to your nose. You can compensate for it with a little extra push and still get the job done. I have been a Norelco electric shavers customer for over 40 years. My last purchase from them left a lot to be desired. They have changed production to garbage shaver, even changing the replacement blades to garbage. I bought this electric shaver after reading the reviews and have just finished 5 days of shaving with the men electric shaver what a difference close shaves and amazing at the price level. My last Norelco electric shaver for men cost me $179, this men electric shaver better, closer and more quietly than Norelco . The digital battery life display is a noticeable improvement, one that accompanies the other features that act to make the electric shaver remarkably better than its progenitor, the Norelco. it shaves as close as a wet razor which is something I never could say about the Norelco. I received this electric shaver for men in good shape. It has a very good handle grip and a little LED display. I like the smooth finish. Now coming to the quality of the shave - first of all, I've tried all blades in many years, but recently I started developing a sort of roughness aftershave and sometimes it hurt. I bought this men electric shaver as a birthday gift and he likes it. It gives my friend a nice shave and he likes that he can use it in the shower. The battery lasts pretty long and he likes that it is cordless so he doesn't have to deal with the cord getting in the way like hos older one. He has taken it for traveling and its just small enough to fit in his bag without causing to much bulk. Easy to use and comfortable. Very sexy and excellent! This mens electric shaver is good effect then I thought and got my under neck hair gracefully. A nice circular motion and within 5 minutes everything was cleaned up.It is non irritating, shaves closely without multiple passes over the same spot. Sturdy design.
