At first glance, I was pleased with the initial look of this suit coat, though it was carelessly crumpled up. But, upon further inspection, it strongly appears to be used. First clue, the under arms of the suit are heavily pilled. Second, the elbows are stretched and "bubble" out. Finally, the tack stitching at the coat tails had been pulled apart.
