I really did not know what to expect with these lightweight, hiking pants/workout sweatpants. I figured them to be similar to the plastic sweats we would wear during wrestling practice to lose weight by containing body heat. Well, these are nothing as I thought. They are extremely lightweight, and the bottom of the pant leg is not gathered, so it’s open. The zippered pockets are a nice feature to ensure you don’t lose something while running or jumping. They are quite stretchy and comfortable to wear with the relaxed fit style. The polyester/spandex material, allows you to go through brush and not pick up any prickly vegetation, but they’re so thin. I am worried they will rip easily. I can’t see myself working out in these or wearing them to the golf course but more as a light cover-all when hiking. No errors or blemishes in the manufacturing of them, along with good stitching. Personally, I could take or leave these pants, but the bonus is at less than $15. It’s a nice option to have around.
