This is a watch with a military look and tactical styling. It’s got a large analog watch face with a dark background that has the digital displays. The watch hands are easy-to-read with a sweeping second hand. The hands are luminescent so they show up when it gets dark. The watch has a stop watch feature that’s shown on the digital display, and the watch also has a time alarm as well that you set with the digital display. That brings up a problem. The digital display is hard to read. It is backlit but the light only stays on for less than 3 seconds. The readout is too dark to see well when the light is turned off. You have to keep pushing the light button to be able to read the numbers. The digital display is what shows you the month, day and date. There is a chronograph function as well with a 12 or 24 hour time reading with hour and minutes displayed at the top. However, from 11:00 to 1:00 the watch hands tend to block the view of the digital time readout. The watch runs on a quartz movement to give accurate time and it is powered by a battery that should last for over a year or so. There was no information that came with the watch to say if it’s water resistant, so I’m not sure if it’s safe to get wet. It’s got a nice leather wrist band that fits most people. I got the black color and it goes really well with the look of the watch. This is a nice timepiece for the analog part, but the digital display is hard to read especially since the light is on too short of a time. They probably limit the time to help save the battery, but it makes it hard to use. Read more

Very nice quartz-driven watch (battery-operated). It keeps the time accurately, as well as offering features such as alarm mode, hourly chimes and stopwatch features. Pressing a button on the side will illuminate the time, date, seconds and date digitally for a second or so but provides all information needed in low light. The watch also keeps date and day accurately, and no need to reset the watch for months with 30 days which I find annoying. The band is leather with the traditional clasp which I find difficult to put on at times but the band is not yet broken in so I would predict that will get easier with time.
