I would not use for extended periods of time, or for sports. I would use for a rainy day outer shell when going from indoors to indoors. Pros: + decent value - regular price at time of review was $19.99 + packable into small included bag + good color + good look - doesn’t look baggy or + good fit - not baggy or excessively big, true to size, sleeve style (raglin) allows motion and movability without much binding + zips up high to keep rain from neck + has good to keep head dry + waist cinch cord to keep wind and wet going up your back + zippered pockets so you don’t lose stuff when you take it off (See Minor issues about breathable) + wind flap under zipper and outer finish give good wind resistance Major issues: X “rubbery” and not breathable - this is more or less expected at the price level. X relatively heavy - not something I would carry around for unexpected weather but something I would use when raining and needed to go outside to get back inside (e.g, walking to subway or bus stops) Minor issues: x takes a bit of hanging to get rid of wrinkles from bag storage.
