These shoes look great out of the bag, sleek, classic, and versatile. The leather upper feels soft to the touch and breathable enough for long wear. The pointed toe gives it a refined silhouette, and the rubber sole adds comfort and decent grip for walking. They balance style and comfort well. However, they arrived stuffed in a bag instead of a shoebox, and the leather was visibly creased as a result. That took away from the polished first impression. For dress shoes, packaging matters. I suggest shipping them in a box to preserve their shape. Good shoes overall, but presentation needs work. Read more

After just about 2 hours of wearing, there's already a seemingly permanent kink in the shoes. Despite having them out in the open for just about a week before actually using them, they still have a strong, putrid smell of almost burnt rubber or plastic. Fit-wise, they're okay, but they are certainly not comfortable for long stretches at a time, especially if you need to be on your feet. And again, I feel compelled to mention just how easily these shoes seem to crease! There are also clear signs where the stitching is ALREADY coming apart. Mind you, these shoes were only worn ONCE so far, for just over 2 hours. This is pretty inexcusable. Finally, there's also the problem with the so-called "non-slip" rubber sole. They might be non-slip if you step on a piece of gum, but I went practically slipping and sliding all over the tile floor of the even we attended. They also make a sort of loud clomping sound with each step, no matter how quiet I tried to be. All in all, these are just not a great pair of shoes. They looked nice INITIALLY. But for $40 I would at least expect a pair of shoes that can last longer than a single formal event. Thoroughly disappointed! Read more

Ordered these for my son. Stylish dress shoes, a little different than most, with the printed leather. The downside is it was shipped in a bag. These pictures were taken AFTER, trying to pop out the dented in toes, sides & openings. They were extremely deformed on arrival. He said fit is good, though they will need some breaking in, in the front at least. Hopefully with wear they will smooth & fill out. They are a decent price ($39.89 with coupon applied, at time of review). I think they would be 5 stars, if they didn’t arrive a mess. They seem like good quality, but they should have shipped protected in a box. Read more
