I'm always hesitant to get reversible belts, as I've broken so many right at the buckle where it spins, as that becomes the weakest point. Since I have no rear end to speak of, I need to cinch my belts probably too tight, and I'm sure that's why they break. However, this belt with the braided nylon construction I have no fear of that happening. The Stretchy nylon absorbs that stored up energy and still holds tight where I need it. This is a great reversible belt for the money. Tan on one side and black on the other that will go with just about everything from shorts to suits. To me, the woven style feels more like a belt that would be worn during warmer months, but it certainly can be worn all year long. The buckle is of good, durable quality, rotates easily, and the hook slips into place easily and holds its position. The woven and stretchy style provides more opportunity for cinching the belt for a perfect fit that isn't binding. It is very comfortable to wear. The leather details are a nice touch although somewhat bulky by the buckle. The leather strap that secures the end of the belt is loose and not attached directly to the belt. This allows freedom of placement to secure the end of the belt exactly where you want it. My suggestion when ordering this belt is to measure the person's waist first to ensure you receive the right length and fit. Remember, when ordering belts, to order longer than the actual waist size. This reversible belt, at first appearance, appears sturdy and functional. However - it is heavy, the buckle weighs a lot. The stretchy weave is thick, contributing to the weight making it hard to get the buckle post to go through the weave. And the retention loop for the extra belt length is not large enough for the large belt end to go through. All of this renders what could have been an attractive and flexible solution into something that will take work to use, meaning it probably won't get much use. Unfortunate. Read more
This is beautiful belt, and one of the best selling points for it is being reversible with two colors. In essence, with one swivel of the buckle, I can change the color to match whatever I’m wearing; which comes in handy when going from the church to the golf course. Better yet, I appreciate the elasticity and design of the belt, which allows this senior citizen to keep his pants up securely, even when my pockets are weighing things down with an iPhone, AirPods, keys, etc. However, just an important heads up….I found the belt does run a little small; which turned out not to be a problem for me, as I ordered 37”-41” size, even though I usually take a 36” belt. I'm a little unsure what to say. At first, I had a hard time with the little strap and getting the end of the belt tip through it. I finally figured out that you have to leave the loop on the fabric part. Once I did that, it worked. The belt is good-looking and seems sturdy and well built. You just twist the buckle around when you want to use the reverse side. So I guess it's a good belt once you figure everything out. Read more
I really like this belt! Khaki/sand color one side and black the other makes it versatile for a lot of different pairs of pants. Also it has some stretch in it so it's comfortable to wear. It arrived nicely packaged with a plastic bag over the buckle to protect it. UPDATE: Finally decided to use the Khaki side today, but was very confused the the buckle was reversed with no obvious way to reverse the prong. I finally figure out that you pull the buckle assembly away from the fabric of the belt and it's on a spring mechanism that then allows you to swivel it to the correct orientation. After a few wears, I will say, if you want to feed the end of the belt through the keeper, be prepared to go to war! It's super tight; way too tight. I'm hoping it will stretch a little but it takes a lot of effort to get it through. Read more
The Men’s Reversible Braided Stretch Belt looks sharp and the reversible feature adds nice versatility. However, once the belt is cinched, the head doesn’t fit through the holding loop, which is frustrating. The combination of the leather and belt material makes it too bulky to pass through easily, really limiting how practical it is. Got this belt and I'm very pleased with it. Like others have said, the buckle is very interesting as it's reversible and my color choice was just right. It does fit a big snug so again I have to agree with the others. There is an issue with sizing, but it does fit. It's's just rather snug. I think it's good quality and I would probably order again.
