I don't tend to wear long pants much (I'm almost always in shorts), and when I do, I miss the extra storage ability of cargo shorts that I typically wear. When I saw these tactical pants (specifically cargo trousers), I definitely wanted to give them a try. When I first put them on, the fit was initially as expected, though I did notice some snugness when sitting down - not uncomfortable, though. Keep in mind that the flexible aspect is mainly with the waist, as I could feel and test the stretchiness of it when purposely pulling it tight forward or to either side. The thighs are a tighter fit in comparison, however, and I can certainly feel the back hem of the pants stretching quite low and exposing my posterior cleavage (if my shirt wasn't covering it) without a belt on; fortunately, when I do have a belt on (and it is fairly tight), it keeps the back hem fairly secure. The length of the pant legs seems to be alright for me, even when sitting (I am slightly under 6'2" tall). The amount of pockets is quite nice, with each thigh having a pocket in addition to the standard waist pockets, two rear pockets, and there's a smaller (though deep) pocket inside each of the waist pockets. You can also tuck in the flaps over the thigh or back pockets if you might need easier/faster access to the contents of said pockets, or may have larger objects that protrude out from them. The D-rings attached to the front two belt loops are also quite convenient, and I've found them useful to hook my keys on to. The fabric is light, comfortable, and breathable, and the belt loops are much larger than normal, clearly capable of accommodating much thicker belts if needed. Read more

My husband is hard to please with pants. He has his brand and style and hates to try something new most of the time. He does like wearing cargo style pants and I got these in the hopes he would like them. He not only liked them, but he had me to buy him 2 more pairs. That’s all I needed to know these pants are worth every cent. These pants move with him. Those are his words. He said that pants like these usually stick to his legs or get stuck when bending. These move with him in bending and walking. The size fit him like a glove. Usually when we get the 30 lengths, they are still a little long. These fit perfectly in that area. The material isn’t thick, thick, but it’s thick enough that they’ll last. They are breathable and he didn’t sweat a lot like he does in jeans when outside. He liked these pants so much that he wore them to church. He dressed up tactical pants and looked nice. When my husband ask me to order more of something, I feel like I hit a jackpot. Read more

I was a little bit concerned with how these pants would look, but they look great. The model seemed a little bit beefier than my son, whom I got them for.. however, I ordered him the wrong size!. They ended up fitting my husband better... He's a middle-aged man, so they fit a little more like the model that was showing sans the muscles.😁 I almost didn't get the pants because of the picture to be honest. It would be better if they showed images of both thin and lean men as well as more muscle men. When I got these the label does say that they're tactical pants, so maybe they were appealing more to the military audience, but my husband works at a white color teaching job, and they still fit him just fine. If I can find the pictures for this I'll come back and share them, but I don't know which phone I took them on. I even took some in my teen son who substantially taller than his dad, but alas for now it will just have to be a word review and not a photo one. While I was initially disappointed that these pants have absolutely zero stretch to them, I have grown to like them after wearing a few times. I like the look and feel, despite their lack of spandex, and appreciate the layout and size of all the pockets - so many pockets. The cargo pockets are higher up than the ones I wore in my dorky youth, I suppose to be more tactical. While I am anything but tactical, I can appreciate well made and well thought out products. I'm telling you though, I have jeans that are 1% and 2% spandex and they stretch very easily. I was pulling on these with all my might and there was simply no give to the fabric. The only stretchy part of these is a couple of spots near your love handles that allow for some give in the waistband - a welcome feature for my fat azz. Great pair of pants and I can recommend them, so long as you didn't actually need the stretch you'd probably be expecting by the inaccurate description. Read more
