First thing I noticed upon opening and getting these men's work pants is how high a quality they are. The fact that they also have reinforced knees while you're kneeling down or fixing a tire or working on brakes or maybe you're under the car is fantastic. That is essentially my reason for getting them, I'm constantly underneath the car reaching and fiddling for tools lying around beside me that I just can't seem to find unless I have somebody helping me. I know they're probably More useful for garage mechanics or something like that, but I'm a DIY yard car mechanic if you will. So I can put all of my ratchets and wrenches in the removable pockets, able to be kneeling down to climb under car. The reinforced knees help tremendously with this. The lengths and fit are perfect for my size, they wash really well you can put them in the dryer they're a little heavier material so I don't believe they'll shrink they didn't for me. There's an incredible amount of pockets and storage in this pair of pants. Color mix of black and gray is pretty cool, everything is sturdy, the stitching is extremely well done, it's like carrying a toolbox around your waist attached to your body. Everything is conveniently in reach for quick access. Read more
I picked these up as I do a lot of work outdoors and these seem to be a great way to do it. What I liked was some of the pockets are easily removable so if I am not working with a bunch of tools I do not include them. I did get a slightly larger size and glad I did because they fit perfectly. Often in Jean I wear 32 or 33, but these I picked out 34. They fit perfectly. For info I am 6 feet tall 175 pounds. They have held together really well with a lot of wear. They do seem to attract the hair of my dogs but I can care less about that. I love the options I have and they feel comfortable to me. They are also a value compared to similar pants. As others have mentioned they are not too warm but with a pair of long underwear and they can be as warm as can be. This just means I can wear them throughout the year. Read more
I’ve been putting these YURINOX Grand pants through their paces for nearly a month now, and they’ve quickly become my go-to for both weekend projects and light trail work. Here is the breakdown of why they almost hit that perfect 5-star mark. The "Grand" Highlights The Stretch Factor: Unlike traditional heavy duck canvas that feels like wearing cardboard, the "Durable Stretch" here is legit. It allows for full range of motion when kneeling or climbing ladders without that restrictive "pinch" in the seat or thighs. Pocket Geometry: They didn’t just slap pockets on; they actually thought about placement. The tool pockets are deep enough that a screwdriver or pliers won't fall out the moment you sit down, which is a common flaw in cheaper workwear. Material Weight: They strike a great balance—tough enough to deflect brush and debris during outdoor activities, but breathable enough that you aren't sweating through them by noon. Why Not a Full 5 Stars? The only minor gripe is the sizing consistency. While the stretch is forgiving, the waist runs just a hair snugger than standard denim brands. If you’re between sizes or plan on wearing a thick base layer underneath, I’d suggest sizing up. Also, while the stitching is reinforced in high-stress areas, a few loose threads at the hems needed a quick trim right out of the package. Final Verdict For the DIYer or outdoor enthusiast, these are a massive upgrade over basic cargo pants. They offer a professional look with "workhorse" utility. If you value mobility as much as durability, these are a solid investment for your gear closet. Pro Tip: Wash them inside out in cold water to preserve the fabric's elasticity and color depth! Pros: - plenty of functional pockets in the front, back, thighs for many tools or accessories - two flaps that are detachable by zipper if they get in the way - there’s a plastic. Clip to hang any attachment if needed - fabric feels decent for working pants wear, not bad but not the best (see cons) - size 37w/32l fits 213lbs 5’6ft - the zipper pocket fits a phone - colors combo looks good - great for working in the garage, especially on cars, home improvement where you will need to store tools - good value for it’s utility and price point is decent for other comparable pants - seems like it won’t stain as easily and easy to clean - has belt loops if it’s too big Cons: - material is not as thick or durable as you would expect for working pants - not as heavyweight or durable as other brands - Seems like it may wear faster than the branded pants - no inside lining so it’s not as comfortable, feels like just a shell of a pants - doest feel thick enough to protect from accident rips or tears - working in cars often results in holes and tips from rubbing against the ground, yanking too hard on parts and carrying too many tools. Would he better if material was a bit thicker Read more
These workpants are my husband's new "go-to" for doing projects around the house. The many pockets, including the size and placement, is great for holding tools, screws, nuts, bolts etc. He loves that they have stretch to them so he can climb ladders, bend down and there is no chafing or movement restriction. They are not super heavy weight so they will be good as the weather turns warmer. The reinforced areas provide extra durability for areas that are commonly worn through easily. Read more
