I regret not paying more attention to the numerous reviews that warned about the inaccurate sizing of the trousers in this outfit. Despite the sizing issue and the poor quality of the second outfit I received, I would have given it a 4-star rating. The shirt is smooth and comfortable, and the accessories (except for the glasses) are of decent quality. However, the glasses are very cheaply made. On the other hand, the pants are not only much smaller than advertised, but they are also of poor quality. Despite these issues, I still like the outfit, except for the sizing problem. I ordered a medium because I have a 32-inch waist, which should have fit perfectly, but the pants were nowhere near the correct size. The medium seems more suitable for a 28-inch waist, but the shirt fits me perfectly. After this, I decided to order it again in large, hoping for a better outcome. Unfortunately, the pants were still too small, and I received a product that had obviously been returned before. I don't have a problem with returned items, but in this case, the product was balled up, which is unacceptable. This is a clear sign of poor Quality Assurance and Customer Care Standards. The pants fit well around the waist this time, but if I were to bend over, I would tear a hole in them. And though the shirt is slightly bigger, it still fits okay. If I were to order an XL size for the pants, the shirt would be too big. These are the many reasons why I am giving this outfit a very low rating. If only the sizing issue was resolved, and if the Quality Assurance and Customer Care Standards were improved, many customers would be completely satisfied with this product. Though this doesn't change my review, I apologize for not taking a photo to support my complaint about Quality Assurance/Customer Care Standards or the product when the box was opened. Read more
