The media could not be loaded. Update: Currently working with the seller on the unit. According to them, the base level is designed to be a relatively high resistance. Maybe if they listed this bike as Athete training only, I won't even buy it. It is uphill ride at the lowest setting... ------ Update: Added video to show how hard is the gear. I can lift the unit up while turning the pedal. ---- I'm going to contact support first, but still gonna leave a review here first. Assemble is easy, parts are all here and sturdy. The only "part" I dislike is the pedal. It is full metal and the "cage" is very small. The machine feels balanced well when on the machine. The seat is a bit hard and small for me. Ok, now the big question why its 2 stars. Is it normal for this to be that hard to use? I ride casually with my kids often during summer. So normal ride is not an issue for me. However, this thing, put on the lowest setting, yes, the magnetic part is furthest away from the wheel. The lowest setting make me feel I'm doing a uphill battle. I mean battle because I could ride up normal hill better and easier than this. My knees complained fast like I was stressing it for hours. I own a Peloton and bought this to have at a secondary location. While the Peloton offers remote control of resistance, a screen and live classes, it is also 5x the price. As far as the ride experience goes, apart from the Peloton features mentioned above, the Merach is just as good! I was very impressed and highly recommend this bike! Read more

I followed all instructions and removed all the shipping protectors the bike just pedals hard with no resistance set. It seems well built but usability is just not there. Read more
