Okay- I bought this product for my weight loss journey, which so far is going great! I was under the impression that this can help weight loss by contracting your muscles. I used it religiously everyday for the first month, while I was losing 2lbs a week I wouldn’t contribute it to this machine. I don’t believe this machine will necessarily help weight loss HOWEVER I strongly believe there’s a lot of internal benefits. Improved circulation, lymph node drainage, etc. I think it’s a nice addition to a weight loss and health journey but not a magic miracle worker. It’s also amazing if you’re sore. My partner uses it just to relieve his calf and back pain after work. He’s 280lbs and it works great for him. It is a very large platform so you can really stand with your feet apart and get full intensity. The noise level is not bad at all. I live in an apartment and typically do my workouts at 2am while my partner is sleeping. I don’t believe it’s nosey enough to bug the neighbors and it certainly hasn’t woken up my partner either. It’s extremely sturdy and I mean that. If you’re like me, you will struggle to move this thing around. It’s heavy, so it’s not really convenient for consistent movement. I leave it in the same spot. Overall, I think it’s worth the investment if you’re trying to take care of yourself in a multitude of ways and want to add things that will work behind the scenes to make you feel better. Remote is about 5inches for comparison Read more

If two would make me even happier I would buy another one!!! It is so motivating and low impact. I will have to agree with the other reviewers, the resistant cords are either too long or just not of a good quality to be truly resistant and although the wrist remote is handy, it tooo is cheaply made and does not always respond when you press a button. This is too bad since the vibrating plate is so sturdy and I feel safe on it even when turned all the way to 120, it would have been nice to have the add-ons be just as reliable. Read more

I purchased this vibration plate to replace a 5-year old Lifepro Rumblex that developed a crack in the platform. Spec wise, this 4D unit by Merach matches up to the Lifepro, at a noticeably lower cost. I like the look of the Merach, and I found it to be significantly quieter than the Lifepro during operation. Included accessories, such as the wrist remote and handled rubber band straps are the same. A couple comments about the Merach unit, that are worth noting. As another reviewer mentioned, no mat is included with the purchase. I don't think it's really necessary as the plate has rubber suction cups underneath that do the job quite well, but there is no mat. The only option through Amazon, as you cannot request specific parts, is to either replace the entire unit with another unit or just be satisfied with your purchase and keep it. Since I don't really need the rubber mat, I found it too much of a hassle to just replace, especially with its near 40-pound weight, only to find out that the replacement unit probably doesn't have a mat included either. Also, the User Guide mentions no bluetooth connectivity options to listen/stream music while exercising. I turned the unit on and then tried to locate it with my smartphone bluetooth settings and found it after turning the unit on and off a couple times. The User Guide also does not list speakers as part of its specs, but there are speakers included, and they sound okay. To set up bluetooth, simply hold your smartphone near the vibration plate, go to Settings, add a device, and then look for the "MRK" and model number to pair. As for functionality, the three presets P1, P2 and P3, are near identical and basically rotate through the various modes at different speeds. The highest speed/level (120) only stays on for a second or two, so I prefer just selecting the settings manually. Since I've been using a vibration plate for five years now, my body is used to its performance at its highest, most powerful speed level setting. As for differences between the Merach 4D and Lifepro Rumblex, the Lifepro has a calorie counter that the Merach does not. In all honesty, I think the calorie counter is a bit of a gimmick anyway, as this device is not really intended for weight loss, and I haven't read any evidence as to its weight loss properties. Also, the colored lights on the Lifepro are visible while exercising, whereas they are hidden on the sides of the Merach. The digital counter at the top of the Merach vibration plate, however, does show the three different colors while exercising. At its highest level (120), the motors on the Merach are equal to the motors on the Lifepro Rumblex, but the Merach has a noticeably smoother and less noisy feel to it. The Lifepro has a lifetime warranty, and the Merach has a one-year warranty (that can be boosted to two years if warranted online--the online warranty page by Merach is non-functional, so I sent in my warranty information to them via their email address). The Lifepro will turn off automatically after a few minutes of non-use, whereas the Merach will stay powered on until the power toggle at the back of the unit is switched off. Overall, I would recommend this unit, despite a couple of its minor flaws. The platform is solid, the unit is well built, and the mechanism of each functions appears to work as intended. Read more

"I had bought one of their cheaper models and really enjoyed it, but I decided to upgrade to this one—and WOW, it's awesome! I love all the different settings it offers. It shakes the body so much better and gives a much more intense experience. Definitely worth the upgrade!" Read more
