I purchased this vibration plate to assist in my wellness routine. After looking at several vibration plates, I decided to purchase this unit because of its multiple programs and 4D movement. The 4D movement means that it moves in different directions and or simply vibrates to give you the maximum benefits of using a vibration plate. The machine comes with a remote which is a great feature. The remote is simple and easy to use. You can choose the intensity of the machine for every program. From light to intense vibration you can find what is most comfortable for you. If you have a hard time balancing yourself this kind of vibration plate may not be for you. It is about 7-8 inches from the ground once you are on top of it. So having good balance and being able to stand still for 10 minutes is important if you want to avoid falling off from the machine. The set up was very easy and straight forward. Unbox, plug in the power cable to the machine and the wall, remove the plastic from the remote to turn it on for the first time and you are ready to vibrate. The machine comes with some add ons so if you choose to use those they will take a bit longer to install. The overall functionality is easy especially if you read the getting started part of the manual. I didn’t notice much of any vibration transfer from the unit to the floor which is nice. The unit is also relatively quiet and isn’t loud at all while using. After using the vibration plate for about 5 days now, I can say that I have less pain in my lower back and knee joints. First, this is heavy. It's made real solid. Feels like quality. It don't get very loud but it will definitely put out some POWER on the high levels. You can feel the difference in blood flow. It helps my restless leg and seemed to help my edema, but that's my results. It does all the things you want it to, and was much cheaper than most models we saw. Read more
I really like this vibration plate! I feel it has really helps with my circulation. It helps loosen my joints and lower back. I use the program settings to give me varying levels of vibration in one ten minute session. I did not feel that it is that noisy at all....even on the highest setting. The media could not be loaded. This was definitely what I needed, but I should’ve gotten the wider version. Not thick size approved. The vibration goes up to level 10. It does have the auto function where you can get on the board and rocket left and right and it will automatically start. It is quiet, I live on the third floor and my neighbors can’t hear that I’m on the board. The most I will say for right now it is toning my legs, not really seeing any inches lost in my waistline.
