I wanted more information on the frequency range benefits so I did some research and sharing this with you. I bought and returned a knockoff that was around 20 lbs for half the price- you get what you pay for…. This is a serious machine that delivers. Hope this information helps: ———- Understanding and Using the Merach 4D Vibration Plate (MR-2490) 1. What the Frequencies Physically Do Whole-body vibration (WBV) machines like the Merach 4D MR-2490 deliver oscillations measured in Hertz (cycles per second). Lower frequencies move the platform more slowly and deeply, while higher ones are faster and shallower. Frequency Range, Type of Effect, and Common Benefits: 7 – 12 Hz (low range) Gentle / restorative Stimulates lymphatic flow and circulation; Promotes relaxation and muscle recovery; Useful for warm-ups or cool-downs; Engages stabilizer muscles and improves balance 13 – 25 Hz (mid range) Training / toning Enhances muscle activation and endurance; Aids flexibility and coordination; Improves bone density; Moderate calorie burn 26 – 37 Hz (high range) Strength / performance Maximizes muscle contraction reflex; Builds strength and power; Increases blood flow and oxygenation; Useful for short, intense sessions 2. Nervous System & Mind-Body Effects Vibration between 7–37 Hz also influences the nervous system and proprioception (your sense of body position). • Low frequencies (7–12 Hz): Activate the parasympathetic system, promoting calm and relaxation. • Higher frequencies (30 Hz+): Stimulate the sympathetic system, creating an energizing effect. • Alternating frequencies: Balances relaxation and activation — ideal for recovery and overall vitality. 3. Energetic / Subtle Effects Many users describe the low-frequency vibrations (7–10 Hz) as grounding and stabilizing, resonating with the body's base energy centers. The higher end (30 Hz+) can feel uplifting, awakening, and energizing. This creates a full-spectrum experience that benefits both body and subtle energy alignment. 4. How to Use It Safely • Session length: 10–15 minutes is sufficient for most users. " • Posture: Keep knees slightly bent; do not lock joints. " • Frequency progression: Start low (10–15 Hz) and increase gradually. • Barefoot or soft shoes: Enhances proprioception and grounding. • Hydrate before and after: Supports lymph flow and detox response. Suggested Vibration Settings Below are recommended settings based on different goals: **Relaxation & Lymph Flow** - Frequency: 8–12 Hz - Duration: 10–15 minutes - Posture: Stand with knees slightly bent or sit with feet on the plate. - Focus: Deep breathing and full-body awareness. **Strength & Toning** - Frequency: 20–30 Hz - Duration: 10–12 minutes - Posture: Perform light squats, lunges, or planks on the plate. - Focus: Maintain steady engagement of core muscles. **Recovery & Circulation** - Frequency: 10–18 Hz - Duration: 8–10 minutes - Posture: Sit or stand comfortably after workouts. - Focus: Relaxation and gentle muscle stimulation. I’ve been using this product for a week. Absolutely loving it. I weigh 225 pounds and this is very strong. no problem with my weight. The owner’s manual says 350 pounds. Another thing to know is there is a safety tape underneath the battery on the remote. Also, nothing for you to know is there is a lot of YouTube videos using a vibrating pad. I had a problem registering for the warranty so I called to get a link for and they gave me an extra year so I have a two year warranty. Read more

The media could not be loaded. This vibration plate is very study and I have enjoyed using it. There is a bit of a learning curve on figuring out the settings though there are pre-set programs. Better instruction would have been nice. I like the remote control as it allow changes to the setting to be made while standing in it. Nit need to get off. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a product like this. Too early to tell if it has health benefits but it feels good! I keep it out all the time so that it gets used. I think it could slide under most beds it used in the bedroom. Read more

I love this machine! The features and variety of motions make it stand out. This was an upgrade from my previous cheaper one (not the same brand). It is quieter. It has a larger concave base that makes me feel more balanced. I would purchase again. Read more

Disappointed. The remote does not work...period. I purchased this specifically because I have issues with equilibrium and bending over can be injurous. I worried about having to bend over so much to turn one of these things on and a remote would resolve the issue. Nope. Gotta bend over and up to turn on and off. Gotta bend over to set it to the program or levell you want. Gotta bend over for every little thing. Not a company concerned about consumer safety. The system automatically shuts off after 10 minutes, so if you want a 20 minute session bend over and back up twice again. If you want to raise the level again, bend over and up. Incredibly annoying and not a pleasant experience when practicing self care. The performance is so-so but with so many things not as described, I doubt the Hz levels are accurate. There is no real instruction manual to guide you on what levels have what Hz so if you are using the vibrations for specific lymph drainage or other activity, good luck guessing. It will do in a pinch, and considering the hassle of return .... but I know now to avoid this seller/company again. Not in the least impressed. I am going to save up and get a good vibration plate. Tired of companies spinning tales about their product. There used to be a time makers were proud of their products. Not so much anymore. This is a shame. Read more
