Remote did not work. I checked the batteries they’re fully charged, but the light on the remote doesn’t come up so it’s not functional. I like the product, but I would prefer the remote as it would make it a lot more convenient. The remote is the reason why I’m only giving it a two star review. An update to this earlier review. As I stated, I like the machine, but the remote didn’t work. The company reached out to me and FedEx a new remote and it works great! I have only had it for a couple of days but this baby is different. I have two, one is a year old and I used it daily. When I got this one I thought it was the same. NO, she is powerful! It’s a good thing but you do need to take it slow once the session ends. It is quiet, increases mobility throughout lower body and my mood is elevated upon completion. I love this vibration plate as I've had ME for over 30 years and this plate helps with lymphatic drainage, stimulating your GI system and muscle building. It's very sturdy for this overweight elderly lady. I'm only on level 5 and will ease up slowly as not to cause an ME relapse but it goes all the way to 99. I bought one for my daughter's as well.
