It is quite powerful that s why i dont use more than mode 2 yet. Even though I use it quite regularly since end of December. well it does help a lot with leg pain, excretory system and long time use it looks like it can help to reduce cellulite appearance too. It is sturdie than it looks, working well and sound is not loud at all. When you first start until you get used to it you will feel itchy because of blood flow being reversed. And higher levels until you use to it might a little hurt where you have stored fat. It has many speed levels I am not sure if it is necessary. I purchased this because I have chronic fatigue syndrome and my joints are often in pain. It has been an amazing addition to my health regime. The machine is made of good quality and does not take up a lot of space. It has helped with pain relief and I believe that I sleep better on days in which I use it. This vibration plate came nicely packaged and feels very well made, it is very sturdy and I really like the size, it’s not a huge distraction in the room and very easy to store. I truly feel wonderful after I’ve used it, I have used it everyday for at least 20 minutes since receiving it. The Bluetooth connection is super easy and the machine is very quiet. I also really like the preset modes once you figure them out and what suits you and your body. I do find that I like my feet a bit more “spread out” on the plate be close together, I feel like it’s giving me a better shake down lol. However starting with your feet together might be better for someone just starting. I can see how the vibrations may cause some discomfort or balance problems at at first. The directions are pretty simple, with the exception of the pictures of people doing different exercises, I can’t really tell if the plate is on while doing these other exercises or if it’s offering just another way to use the device, it doesn’t really say. The arm bands it comes with don’t seem to do much, the tension isn’t quite enough, they seem a little too easy to use, so I don’t use them much, when I do I cross them, that gives them a little more tension but not a lot, I plan on just purchasing a set of dumbbells to help work my upper body. This machine also comes with a remote which is helpful, I use that most of the time to start the machine vs bending over to start it, nothing significant about the remote, it’s simple and does the job. Over all this is a great value for the money, I highly recommend this brand. Other plates are way more expensive and do the same things, I will be buying another one for my other home. Read more
