I was really surprised how nice the and solid it all was. The lower thrust arm fit perfectly into place. No fighting anything to make it fit. It went together perfect. Great instructions on each piece. Picture of car and blacked out spot where the part goes. I really like it. And will buy from again. Read more

I bought for a 2014 Dodge Journey AWD. The upper control arms fit perfect. I didnt install the lower arms since I have no way to remove the lower bolts myself. But they look to be the same length for the lowers. Gonna have the alignment guy swap the lowers out with these. The uppers have been installed for 2 weeks and 0 issues, so hopefully they last 🤞 Read more

My trucks ball joints and shock bushings were worn so I decided to replace all components as it's usually much easier to install new parts instead of rebuilding the old. I shopped around for both upper and lower control arms for my truck and came up with various prices. As it would turn out, these were the best price and after looking into the brand a little bit decided to give them a try. They turned up pretty quickly in two separate packages, the boxes were pretty much torn up but luckily these items are pretty robust and didn't suffer any damage, I really wish they had been packed better though as they're very heavy. Regardless, nothing was wrong with them and they installed perfectly. The ball joints were smooth and the bushings looked great. Time will tell how well they hold up but just to be safe I added a few pumps of chassis grease before installation since these aren't greaseable otherwise. I, like the other reviewer received one of the upper arms with the wrong nut. The upper arm that shipped with the "right" lower control arm had the wrong nut on the stud. The thread pitch was different and is useless. Luckily I never throw anything out unless I'm sure it's not needed - this proved helpful as I had to use the old nut from the worn arm on this one. It wasn't a big problem but I could see the frustration if you didn't have one on hand. The other side's upper arm had the correct nut though. This should be corrected asap though as some folks may try and run that nut down the stud with an impact and not realize it and destroy the joint. Honestly though, I'm still giving five stars because the price for all four items can't be beat as of writing and the quality of the components appears quite good. Read more

UPDATE: The seller has come through above and beyond. The parts seem to be of great quality, aside from the initial problem. Amazon's product/order tracking is partially at fault here, but the seller went out of their way to make things right. I will absolutely be ordering from them again. I ordered this set and the original shipment came in on time. The parts look to be of great quality and durability. But, one of the ball joints was not assembled right and the boot/seal was defective. The replacement parts were delayed and the order canceled without notification from amazon. I placed another order, which was also delayed, and Amazon's tracking said it would be delivered a week late. The parts arrived the next day, after I replaced parts on the original defective control arm. Amazon shifted the issue to the seller for resolution, and Metrix stepped up. These people are great. My Acura is now buttery smooth, and the tie rods even EXACTLY matched the OEM threading on the originals!!! I didn't even have to do an alignment(though I will after replacing struts, which had to wait due to this issue). I 1000% recommend Metrix, and I am looking forward to replacing my brake pads and rotors with theirs as well. Read more

Old rear control arms seen better days. They were worn and bushing were broken and loose. Installed these after some hard labor and specialty tools to remove old ones. No more clunking when turning on my 2014 dodge journey 3.6 L . Needed new bolts but once align ride was smooth. Read more

Fit as expected in 2010 highlander - quality seems good, except quality control was not good! did have to get a replacement ball joint since the left side had a tear in the boot. major inconvenience to wait on a replacement. replacement ball joint was tapped but not threaded, so had to wait on another replacement. Once i had the 2nd replacement ball joint, all installed as expected. glad i had t he time and space to leave car apart and jacked up while waiting on shipping of multiple replacements. Read more
