I am a late diagnosed autistic adult who is learning how to accommodate myself for regulation and calmness for the first time in my 30's. I really enjoyed the sensation of weighted blankets but I find them to be just too much sometimes. Too much fabric, too hot, or any combination of it. This weighted stuffy is the perfect answer. I love that the size is large enough to cover most of my torso and at 5lbs is one of the heaviest I could find too mimic my blankets. The weight distribution in the paws and the stomach is perfect, I can lay the cat on my body or lap in a lot of different positions and it is always comfortable. I truly feel so grounded and peaceful, like I'm getting a warm hug. The heated pouch for the stomach is perfect, a quick 1 minute spin in the microwave and my warm hug is even more warm and relaxing for a significantly long time. My husband gifted me this plush for Christmas and I haven't been able to part with this cat for an entire day. In the bed, on the couch, I'm bringing my grounding kitty everywhere. I've never felt so calm and grounded even with a weighted blanket. The fur is so so soft and nice to pet. It is the perfect texture as there is no "wrong" direction to pet either and it feels the same throughout. It is shedding a bit but I think that will stop with time and I'm excited to report this had no weird chemical smells either. It looks just like the pictures in real life and is just irresistibly adorable. This is a high quality toy, as I would expect from Hong Kong. (If you're curious, you should go down the Hong Kong v. Mainland China rabbit hole w.r.t. toys on the Google.) I can't recommend this weighted stuffy enough, if you are on the fence, just take the leap and buy it! I was nonplussed to see this seller had yet another combination of nonsense letters for their name, but the plushie was cute, and since I’ve been looking for one WITHOUT the long monster weighted arms, thought I might try this one. Also I miss my cat, I can’t really have him here with me, and I also can’t adopt another kitty, even though there’s space in the house for one. So this was my attempt to “adopt a black cat” and also self-regulate; the weighted blankets I own are all too heavy, even the 10 pound one I have on my bed. The plushie surpassed and exceeded all of my expectations. The quality is exceptional, with some minor pilling and shedding; I’m hoping that will taper off in a few days. The material that the fur is made out of is extremely nice to snuggle up to, to touch, and to feel. It’s a good size, quite a bit bigger than I expected, but it doesn’t feel overwhelming like a lot of the other weighted plushies do, and it also doesn’t feel too small, nor is it too heavy, like a lot of the other weighted plushies I’ve tried, and there are several, feel. Hugging it is not like hugging a person, or an animal companion, and yet hugging it is way more satisfying than hugging a pillow, even one designed for hugging, better than being wrapped in a heavy weighted blanket, or using a weighted vest, or hugging one of the other weighted stuffed animals with the long weighted limbs. The hot cold pack, which I have not tried yet is a nice bonus, although it does take some fussing and adjusting to get it seated properly inside the cavity that exists for it inside the stuffie. For the first time in almost two weeks I’ve been able to get good sleep, in part because of how satisfying this plushie is to hug, cuddle, curl up next to, place behind my legs or on my feet (where my cat would normally sleep). I think it’s a very good value for the price; it remains to be seen if the shedding settles down, and how durable it is, but right now, it’s absolutely purrfect (minus the lack of a “ voice box” with a recorded purring sound, which I’m going to see if I can find and install); but otherwise it is absolutely perfect and that is just a nice option, not necessary. Also it would be nice if it came with a collar or a ribbon; it’s so large that I think I’m going to have to get a dog sized collar to match my actual cat’s collar, but again that is a minor gripe and more about aesthetics than anything. I bought another stuffie that is similar to this one, only orange, (like my cat that I miss) and a slightly different weight, but I’m so happy with this one, I might just return that one….. Read more

He is quite good size. About the size of my Havanese. The weight is nice. He has very soft fur and it feels good when you warm the weight pouch that is in his tummy. I love to sit with him in my lap. If he wears out I'll definitely buy another one like him. He is quite adorable Read more
We absolutely love this weighted stuffed animal. The weight is perfect and gives it a really cozy, comforting feel. The microwavable heating pad is a great bonus and makes it even more soothing. Hello hello!!!1!!1! :3 I am an autistic highschooler that bought this for funsies but it’s actually helping me sleep a lot! For most of my life ive been trying different things to get me to sleep better and this plushie is super comforting. I also like having it on my lap while I do schoolwork, and it’s also the perfect size for me to hug that’s not too big or too small. It’s so cute and I named it Wolive. (Also I was worried that it wasn’t going to be soft and it was going to be an uncomfortable material since a lot of materials really bother me, but it’s actually a really nice texture.
