For the price & capacity, this item is a great buy. However, the app is not that user-friendly or intuitive. It has a standard feature of saving photos from your phone camera directly to the flash drive when your phone storage is nearly full but same with DuoLink, the functionality of the camera is restricted to standard photo or video, that is, you can't take Live photos or other features (Panorama, etc.) It's a little slow in backing up photos & videos. Works great. Plugged flash drive into my iPhone 11 and was prompted to download app. Was able to transfer over 4000 pix and videos to the drive with ease. I did have to place the phone on a charging dock to keep it charged because it took some time, of course to download that much, and the drive has to be plugged into the charging port of the phone. Also easy to transfer the external files to social media when needed. Will probably order another. Read more
