Si el auto tiene una cajuela baja, puede ser incómodo por qué para ahorrar espacio es necesario invertir las ruedas y ese proceso hacerlo abajo o en el piso resulta complicado. Stupid engineering. I bought this at Costco sale price of 1400. Using 4 times and decided to return. The battery died at 6th hole even it was more than half full while starting 9 hole game. I used it manually engaging wheels to the manual lever. Pushing hard because itself is heavy in addition to the bag. After finishing the round, I couldn't release the wheels from the body because it won't come out from the manual operating system. Without releasing wheels this cart won't go into the carrying bag. Also, while I removed battery from the body to manually operating, the screen keep flashing lije a ghost on and off showing it has a full battery power. I hate lier. And this machine is lier. I couldn't believe who engineered this and how come this is priced $1400 on sale? It shouldn't be priced more than 800. I will return it to Costco tomorrow. Read more

This electric golf cart is an absolute disaster. The remote barely works, constantly disconnecting or refusing to pair. The battery is just as bad — drains fast, won’t hold a charge, and leaves me stranded mid-round. For the money I paid, this is unacceptable. Worst of all, the customer service is completely useless. They ignore emails, don’t return calls, and when I finally spoke to someone, they blamed me instead of fixing the problem. No warranty support, no parts, no help. This company sells junk and abandons customers. Save your money and avoid this worthless brand. Read more
