I have insanely sensitive skin & this didn’t irritate it at all!

GizmogreyMarch 17, 2026

The media could not be loaded. I have insanely sensitive & acne prone skin. I have to be careful what products I use. I’m in my 50’s now, so I'm starting to see more wrinkles forming. I was concerned my skin wouldn’t like this micro infusion system. I decided to try it on my forehead first. I also did my neck. It’s very easy to set up & prep to use. You can even check out the instruction booklet, as it gives instructions on what level 1-5 you should use for each section of the face & neck. I’m not going to lie, you can feel the needles, but it isn’t at all painful. The serum is refreshing & feels cooling on the skin. I’d does stay a tad bit sticky, but only on my neck. I don’t know if I used too much serum on my neck & that’s why it got a little sticky. I did do a patch test on my inner arm to make sure I wasn’t allergic to any of the ingredients. Everything was fine, so today I proceeded to try it on my forehead & neck. You can see in the one photo, which I took immediately after applying the micro infusion, my forehead is great. You can’t see any irritation or redness at all. As far as if it works for wrinkles & aging skin, I’ll have to keep using it & find out. It’s really easy to use this system. It’s a good value too, as to go to a salon, would cost a lot more than this home system costs. Read more

Not sure if I used it correctly, but my face feels amazing

AnnaBMarch 14, 2026

Every part of this product felt well-made and premium quality, but the included instructions were very confusing and not really written for a beginner user. For instance: “ rotate the scale ring to adjust to the level that best suits your needs” followed by instructions about what to do if it’s too thin or too thick…how am I supposed to know how thick or thin it’s supposed to be?? Then a step later the instructions include: “select the appropriate speed grade according to your needs”. Again, how am I supposed to know what speed is best for my needs?? There’s a bunch more instructions like this, including what to do if the serum isn’t flowing properly and how to adjust the angle to “maintain proper serum flow”, but it doesn’t explain how it’s supposed to flow. I ended up looking up some videos on my own to figure it out, but it would be helpful if the instructions included info about how it’s supposed to work or how to know what to adjust as this is supposed to be an easy at-home system, which I assumed would be beginner-friendly. Once I figured out how it worked (I think), the device seemed to work very well and left my skin feeling invigorated and soft. Will need to update after more uses, but it feels great for now! The serum itself is very sticky when wet, but it is smooth and not at all sticky after drying. I don’t think it’s supposed to be super wet during application, but there’s definitely leftover product after application which the instructions say to rub in and let dry. After that step, my face feels great and I’m excited to use this again and see the results! Read more

Improper use may cause skin redness, sensitivity, scabbing, and scarring.

Johanna LopezMarch 12, 2026✓ Verified purchase

Technical terms like “micro-infusion system,” “dermal abrasion imprinting,” and “dermal roller imprinting device” are essentially marketing tactics designed to create a “high-tech” impression, but they are simply ordinary derma rollers.*/* Read more

Spa night without leaving my bathroom

Now you knowMarch 2, 2026

I have been really focused on keeping my skin looking fresh and hydrated, especially with perimenopause dryness creeping in, and this micro infusion tool has been an easy addition to my evenings. The 0.25mm stamp feels gentle and very manageable, even the first time I tried it, and the serum leaves my skin feeling plump and smooth without heaviness. I like that each treatment is portioned out so there is no guessing, and the design makes it easy to control how much serum is released. After using it, my skin looks a little more refreshed and feels softer the next morning, which makes it feel worth the few extra minutes. Read more

Looks Intimidating, but Surprisingly Beginner-Friendly ✨

MewtwoMarch 14, 2026

The device itself is lightweight and very easy to hold. It has a simple one-button design and activates quickly. When turned on, the vibration speed feels controlled and steady. It doesn't feel overly aggressive or harsh, which is reassuring for anyone who may be new to microneedling tools. The 0.25mm needle length is also on the more beginner-friendly side, which is typically used for surface level skin treatments. I will say that because the device is so lightweight, my very first impression was that it felt a little less sturdy than another similar device I have tried before. That doesn’t necessarily mean it’s poorly made, but it did stand out to me initially when comparing the overall feel. That said, the concept behind this system is really interesting. Microneedling combined with peptide and hyaluronic acid infusion is something that is often done professionally, so having an at-home option like this is appealing. I was a bit nervous to try it at first because microneedling can sound intimidating, but the design of this device does make the process feel more approachable. Since skincare results take time, I’m very curious to see how my skin responds after consistent use over the full six-week supply. Overall, my first impressions are positive: the kit is thoughtfully packaged, easy to operate, and offers an interesting at-home skincare treatment option. I’m looking forward to seeing the longer-term results with continued use. Read more
