I use this product all the time--great for those who need to limit carbs, are diabetic or on keto diet. Flavor very close to regular brown sugar, no aftertaste. Bakes and carmelizes like regular cane brown sugar--same carmel-like flavor and color. Just know allulose browns quicker, so need to watch it when baking. I am diabetic- I have tried so many sugar substitutes. I hate that most of them leave an aftertaste, however, with this one, there is no aftertaste. I love it. I use it when I am baking.
