It was suggested to me by my Functional Medicine Dr. to add a collagen supplement for joint pain and other symptoms. I am pescatarian, so I opted for this Marine collagen. It took a little while to notice the changes, but I do believe that it is working. I just ordered it again. It has zero taste, dissolves immediately in my coffee in the morning, and I have no side effects from it. I did start with about a 1/2 scoop to be sure, then worked my way up, as I do tend to have reactions to things. But, I am having no issues. It is expensive, but it’s helping. Update: I have tried other Marine collagen supplements that have an option for single serve packets for travel and this Marine Collagen out-performs the other by a MILE! The other kind is clumpy and impossible to dissolve. I really prefer this product, and wish that they would also offer it in single-serve packets for travel. I have been using this product for a total of 2.5 weeks and I already see a difference! My nails are stronger, the ridges are smoothing out and they look healthy instead of dry. My hair feels thicker and softer. My skin is softer, smoother and glows. I can see the wrinkles smoothing out on my chest from years of being a side sleeper. This is my go-to marine collagen product, and it's super disappointing when it's out of stock. It's completely tasteless when mixed into my daily coffee and it dissolves super fast. I started using it to see if it would improve hair growth, but it's too soon to tell, since I've only been using it for a month and a half. However, I'm happy to report that my skin feels a lot softer and smoother, and I'm no longer getting random dry patches on my face.
