I was previously a consumer of the Anc. Nutrition brand, but I take so many supplements it has become death by a 1,000 cuts. Less hair shedding in the shower. I used to have a significant amount of hair coming out in the shower. Let's say 50-100. Now I have maybe a couple. Joints: I work out. I do weights, calisthentics, walking. I have chondromalaysia in both knees and have delayed orthroscopic knee surgery because of the controversy of it actually working. It's really just a pre-cursor to knee replacement surgery. I had a significant amount of pain when running. I have zero at this point. Granted I do also take Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength.
