This really works. It says expect 3 months for results. No. It does begin within a month. I have since doubled my amount. I took the original dose on pkg the first month and saw results. The second month I took 2 in the morning and 2 at night. It’s doing a great job. I also add a lot of protein to my diet. Fish, 2 eggs everyday. I’m diabetic so it’s a must for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this. It really covers everything you need. The collagen, the biotin, b vitamins etc. complete supplement. It is now the end of three months. Time to reorder which I did. I am pleased as I see progress. My hair isn’t perfect yet, but happily hair has grown and it’s filling in nicely. My hair was so thin you can see scalp in places.
