I bought this mat thinking it would be a great solution for my husband who sweats a lot in vinyasa class.The mat is high quality and beautiful! But, it is very slippery. We keep a spray bottle of water and have to spray it down before most postures. I can recommend this mat only to constant sweaters, as described it is for Hot Yoga, not good for a flow!
