Dishwasher-safe Microplane grater
Bought this to replace another Microplane Coarse Cheese Grater. Chose this one specifically because it is dishwasher-safe -- we found out the hard way that the old one wasn't, after the frame holding the blade cracked. This one is the same form factor and functions exactly the same way, but can be popped into the washer for cleaning. Read more
