This is the best ergonomic mouse! I’ve tried a few others, roller balls, sticks, etc. this one is great There are different versions of it. I’m assuming higher end and lower end. I don’t know. I just bought the middle of the road price one and it does everything I need to and I have no problems. It’s very comfortable. I have had the companies I’ve worked for buy them for me for the office. I have it at my house where I bought it for myself; and where I’m working now, it’s a very small company so I bought one for myself there as well. The ergonomics and comfort are great, but the mouse breaks down after a few months of use. The left click is already starting to be inconsistent. Sometimes it takes several attempts to click and sometimes it double clicks on a single click. It makes it makes work on the computer very frustrating. This is the second mouse I've purchased (I loved the look and feel, as mentioned above) and unfortunately I've had the same issue on both. This is by far, the most comfortable mouse I've ever used. I have one for my home computer, and one for my laptop computer when I travel. I enjoy the ability to use the scroll wheel on the mouse and it just fits my big hands, perfectly. Not really a Microsoft fan, I'm an Apple guy, but the mouse is great! Just wish Microsoft would continue to make the split, ergonomic keyboard. I've about worn mine out. You can't see some of the letters on the keys. Read more

Works great and comfortable. It does come with the USB Bluetooth to connect. They should specify that in the description. I would have preferred a Bluetooth mouse that uses my built in Bluetooth to connect. Read more

At first, it didn't feel right. Yes the angle felt better for my right wrist, but it was straining my wrist now in a different way... So I took videos of myself using the previous mouse and did a comparison, and found out: If you're like me, you NEED a wrist-padded mousepad to support your wrist while using this mouse. The angle of the mouse is great, but it is much rounder and higher in height than a standard mouse, so I realized my wrist was floating in the air. That resulted in lack of precision and strain. I had an Amazon Basics wrist-padded mouse pad nearby, and wala. Oh my sweet relief. Read more

It worked perfectly for 6 months. But the last year I've been dealing with it not clicking or double clicking. It's closed windows and deleted things I didnt want to delete because of its malfunctioning. It has been so frustrating. Poor quality for the price tag and not expected from Microsoft branded item.
