Since our son is a little older now, we've started hiking again & my husband is cleaning off our bicycles to we can bike as a family. My husband is in need of some dry-fit tees & tanks because the weather can get quite hot & he sweats a lot. This moisture wicking tee worked great on our recent hike. The weather wasn't super hot yet, but because he wears a backpack & carries water bottles & other supplies, he still gets sweaty. We got back to the car & took a short drive to get a bite to eat & his back was nice & dry by the time we were seated. I ordered this shirt for my husband in white, size large. He normally wears a Medium in tops, but athletic tops typically run smaller or are more fitted, so I sized up for a looser fit. The Large fits him fine and he actually likes the loose fit, but I think a medium would have been a little better. The quality of this shirt is very nice. I love the style. The quality of this product is great for the value. I like the fact that it has reflective stripes here and there, not placed randomly. Its definitely breathable, true to size, and comfortable. Its an ok look to me, the t-shirt fits loose in my opinion. I thought it would be fitted since it is dry fit, that was a slight disappointment for me. I plan to still wear it nonetheless. Read more
I just had my first workout with this on, and it exceeded my expectations. It does wick sweat fast and I can literally watch it evaporate. After a moderately heavy squat workout, my chest and shoulder areas were pretty soaked, but within about 5 minutes, the wet spots were almost all gone. This is a revelation to me because I usually wear all cotton shirts because that's pretty much all I have. I resisted buying workout clothes except for shorts because I felt that I can wear whatever. But after one session, I'm sold. I don't have to look like a wet dog 15 minutes in and for the duration of the workout, and leave sweat marks on the equipment like I'm some sort of a slug. I am 5'10", 175lbs, athletic build and ordered a medium. The fit of this shirt is pretty good. It isn't too snug and isn't too loose so it works really well for my runs to give moveability and comfort through those runs. It also helps keep me cool during my runs with its moisture wicking and the feel of the fabric itself, which is nice. Overall the quality seems great, as I've grown to expect with Mier products, it looks good with colors representative of what's shown in the images, and the price point is fair for the quality you're receiving. Overall, this shirt's best quality is the lightweight material. When it's completely dry, you barely feel like you're wearing a shirt. Once it starts pulling sweat off you, it's a damp shirt. Not much you can do about that. The sizing is spot on to most comparison sizes so no need to order up or down a size. Now the ever important value of this item is always everyone's concern, but I think it's a decent shirt for the $28.99. My only complaint would be the reflective markings on the back and sleeves. I took one photo in the dark with a flash to give you an idea of what someone would see (or not). I don't think these serve much purpose and they make the shirt look goofy in the light. The reflective parts on the sleeves keep making me think I had a piece of lint or something on the shirt. Petty complaint, but it was annoying.
