I spend a lot of time at my workstation in an unairconditioned home studio. During fall, winter and spring, I wear either a pair of 3/4 length cotton workout pants or some very light weight cotton full length yoga pants. My workstation is right beside my workout area (exercise bike, dumbbells, mace, clubs, kettlebells, etc) so I can take exercise breaks. But in summer, those cotton pants are too warm. So after a lot of reading descriptions and reviews, I bought these for summer use. They're perfect for my needs. Extremely lightweight, baggy, come down to just above my knee. I bought these for running. I run ~30 miles a week, and needed something comfortable, lightweight, and without a liner. Surprisingly, running shorts without an inner liner were very difficult to find, but these shorts looked good. I've been wearing them 3-4 times a week for the last month and they've held up very well. No signs of wear or unraveling, and no bleeding of the color. The fabric is very soft and feels good against my skin. While these aren't quite 7 inch shorts, they sit at my knees (I'm 5'3") and fit what I wanted. Read more
