I’ve gone through so many different air purifiers over the years and this one really surprised me. The app made me feel like I had a full understanding of all aspects of air quality in my home. It literally shows the exact pollutants in my living room and it gets better at keeping the air quality constant the more I use it. I’m planning on buying the smaller version I can link the units from different rooms and let them work together. It feels like the whole house is being taken care of 24/7 without having to worry about a thing! There have been moments when something outside smelled off and Mila caught it and had the fan speeds cranked up immediately. Nothing else I have tried has come close. My purchase was from their website directly. I purchased my original Mila Air (OG) model years ago after purchasing others from big box stores and from a Large membership store. They were a lot louder and less effective than the Mila Air. I’m happy with the OG unit and ended up buying another, newer Air3. Their customer support is awesome (had to use them after I hit too many buttons and sent the unit into diagnostic mode and didn’t know what I did). They were very responsive and walked me through my issue. The new Air3 is even better than the OG. I have dog that loves to shed and makes the house smell funky. After firing up the Air3 with the Overreactor filter, my air has never been better. 2.5 air exchanges per hour. Very happy with the product and with the customer service! Read more

Do NOT buy this filter. Bought three in 2022. Today, none work. I’m given the option to spend another $100 to replace each one if I subscribe to their filter replacement plan at $60 every 6 months. I wanted support this company but their product isn’t made to last a long term. Read more
