Purchased this carry on for a trip to Greece which our airline had unusually strict size guidelines. It is extremely well made! Extremely sturdy, has fantastic maneuverability, super functional and appears to be really well made. The wide handle prevents it from wobbling. You need to slide the lever next to the two closing latches to open the case. I love the front zipper compartment which is awesome for a laptop, magazine, iPad, traveling documents, etc. Also it does come with instructions in English to reset the lock and they were inside the luggage. I am including a photo of the instructions in case someone needs them since I read in a post that they were only in Chinese and that is not correct. The color of the luggage is more of an off white not a stark white and I personally like it. Im super happy with the purchase! Read more
I get lots of compliments and inquires about this carry-on when traveling for work. Most spacious carry-on I have ever had. Rolls on 4 wheels, light weight, love that it has 2 handles. Sometimes the pull-up handle has to be pulled a couple times to catch but still deserves 5 stars. I would order again and give as a gift to anyone that travels with a carry-on frequently. Read more
This suitcase takes the complication out of the laptop fiasco at airport security. All you have to do is unzip the pocket and remove it, then put it back in! It is carry-on size; I've had no issues there. I think a bit more fits in because of the single compartment and wide handle. I also think that the wide handle makes it easier to push- that and also because the wheels on this one are more smooth than my last one. I stuff my suitcase past the weight limit yet I can still push this with one finger, the wheels are that smooth. People complaining that the inner zippers are hard to reach: yes, when you unzip the compartment they get tucked down in under the front pocket. How about attach a rubber band or other string on them so they're easier to reach? *Problem. Solved.* It's true that the front pocket is small. You're only going to get in a thin laptop and magazine, or a tablet and a magazine. For me, that's not a negative. To be able to access my computer easily, at any time, while I'm traveling, makes this a no-brainer for me. I hated the clamshell design and didn't even know this style existed as an option. Read more
The media could not be loaded. I just wrote a review on the other luggage I bought from this company. Both are so fragile and not reliable. Handle completely doesn’t work on one and zipper on this one was destroyed after a SINGLE flight. I had no way to return the items while I was in another country and now that I’m back they don’t accept returns. I had high hopes because of the pictures but trust me when I tell you this was a marketing 1st type of company. Complete waste of money. Read more
That is a very nice suitcase! But fyi it is described as: 13.7"x9"x21"(including wheels). That puts it just inside the 2026 specs: 14x9x22. Actual dimensions though are fresh out of the box: 14.3”x9.75”x21.75” So technically especially the depth is almost an inch over and likely more when fully packed. Read more
Just took this on a trip to Rome. Holds a lot and fits in overhead. Got a compliment from a Steward. I like the wide handle. It gives a solid surface to hang onto. Only negative is that the interior zipper is hard to get ahold of when closing. Read more
Worked as advertised. Plenty of room. I took this on a 9 day trip and was able to pack enough clothes and the front provided an area for my electronics Read more
On a recent trip, saw a couple in the airline's lounge that had wide-handle carry on suitcases. Upon arriving home, I immediately started researching options. The Milada cases have various advantages: 1) top-loading / not in the middle, which requires less space to pack and unpack; 2) Flexibility with the front compartment that stores both a computer and a tablet; 3) life-time guarantee (hope I won't need to have it repaired -- that the wheels are stable enough to survive baggage handling). All of this in addition to the wide handle and ease in maneuvering. Read more
