Exactly what i wanted, i usually have a hard time finding skirts that fit me.... sometimes even extra smalls are deceiving and dont fit. These are stretchy, lightweight, and surprisingly very soft material. They may rise a little in the back over your butt, but i like to wear shorts underneath anyways for the mini skirt look. The red inner lining is a soft barrier from the lace, and the elastic ruching actually functions and scrunches up, you can tie it however you want at the end.
