Authentic tool, arrived in a plastic bag, no biggie, I don’t need the box. The drill itself is perfect for the household/vehicle, it packs a punch for the size, decently fast and good value. If you’ve already got a bunch of M12 batteries this is a no brainer! Read more

This might be the best way to buy Milwaukee drills. As other reviews indicate this is bare bones, just the drill in a box wrapped in a plastic bag. Thry might be scratch and dent factory seconds is my guess. Mine had a scratch on the chuck but Its a tool, I dont care about a scratch. Functionally it seemed brand new and works flawlessly. I was able to order a Milwaukee rapid charger at a discounted price on Amazon as well and paired it with one of the big M12 batteries. Little beast of a drill, plenty of power and speed control. Buy it. Read more

Well I love my larger, full size M18 1/2 inch Hammer Drill, I find myself using this more often now that I have it. It's smaller, lighter and fits into tight spaces that I could never get into with the bigger grill. It has more than enough power to handle the simple jobs around the house. One of the great things about the Milwaukee line of tools (besides the legendary quality) is the inerchangeability of the batteries. There are other Milwaukee tools that use the M12 battery. Once you own a battery you can purchase additional tools in a tool only configuration and save quite a bit of money. Read more

This is replacing my older M12 drill, pre-fuel generation. Love it, more compact, at least 30% more torque, maybe more since my older has definitely lost a bit of power. The difference in feel & power is significant. This drill pushes a 3" deck screw thru a 2/4 like butter. I had to choose between this 3/8" for $60 and the 1/2" for $100, but i think I will end up getting the 1/2" later, it will replace my old (tired) B&D corded 1/2. I'm pretty deep into the M12 world, was thinking I needed to maybe get an M18 drill for those times when my old M12 sputtered a bit. Now I don't think so, this drill and eventually the 1/2 will cover it and keep me in one battery type. Read more

For the price I was a bit concerned that it was a fake Milwaukee drill, but it looks real to me. It came in a plastic bag in a padded envelope, no instuctions. But for the price I am not complaining. Don't know about warranty but for home use I don't expect problems. The size is why I bought it. It really is much smaller than the other M12 " compact " hammer drill I have. My hobby is cabinet making and sometimes I need to drill inside a cabinet so size matters. Plenty of power for what I do. Will easily drill a hole for lag bolts in a fence post. Also less than half price the big box store sells it for. No regrets. Read more

I think I got a messed up one because my chuck is really hard to open and close, would there be any way to get a replacement and I’ll send this one back to you? Read more

As others said, no box just comes in a plastic bag. Appears to be authentic and works well. I wanted a smaller and lighter drill motor. Read more
