I am 5'8" 165 lb with a 36C bust and the xl fit me perfect with just enough room for a sweatshirt underneath. It is softer leather and not heavy like most. Excellent quality, comfortable, and fits true to size. The inside pockets are a bit high, meaning you have to twist your arm a bit to reach inside to the bottom, which I thought would eventually rip the seam, but it’s held up well after a year. It’s a bit short, but that’s just the style of it - comes just right below the hips. It’s my every day jacket; not too hot in the fall and warm in the coldest winter.
