This is a fantastic tool for the price I paid ($40) - at the hardware store these are $100. It doesn't come in any branded packaging, which isn't a problem for me. If these are refurbished, there's no way to tell from the exterior of the tool, no defects or "refurb" stamps or anything .If I had to guess, I'd say these are probably units that had issues in the QC/QA validation process and had to be reworked. My only complaint is that these are a little heavy and large - I'm using it for electronics, so a smaller more nimble tool would be better. But this just means that the tool will work in a wider range of applications. Read more

For the price, you can't beat it. This is my most used tool in my arsenal. Smaller than a full size drill-driver but powerful enough to do the job. I use this almost daily. Assembling RTA furniture. Hanging pictures. Anything you wish around the house. Can it remove lug nuts off a truck? No. Can it countersink a 6" screw into timber? No. Battery lasts FOREVER too. I keep seeing this advertised for such a bargain, like under $40 and buy it, only to realize I've bought it before and gave it away was a gift because it's just a really nice screwdriver. And nothing else. It's not a drill. Sure you can use it as a drill. A very slow drill that will indeed drill holes... eventually. And it's not a very torquey screwdriver at that. Stops easily, great for certainly not stripping screw heads, lol. But it does make an awesome gift, as whoever receives it, is just, wow really, thank you!! Because that's all it's really good for, lol. And only because I have Milwaukee's top impact drivers that are simply incredible, so this just doesn't measure up.. Read more

I just got it, but it came off the truck in the middle of a major project. It's holding it's ground with powered tools far more superior than it. I needed it for it's small size. So far it's standing it's ground. Great little screw driver gun. Read more

Super small and handy driver for around the house. I have mostly Ryobi tools, but their 18V drivers and drills are just too bulky and heavy for smaller around the house projects. Wanted something that my wife could easily handle and use, and this fits the bill perfectly. I would expect nothing less on quality and design from Milwaukee, and have been thoroughly impressed.
