This is a nicely constructed jacket. I like the idea of a cropped jacket, but I am short waisted so it doesn't compliment my shape much. It is constructed well, and I like that it is lined. What I don't care for is the fabric. It does have a linen-ish weave, but it just looks cheap to me and I really don't like the gold thread that is running through the weave. I feel that it accentuates the cheap look. If you don't mind that, I could see this would be a useful item to have in your work wardrobe to throw over sleeveless tops. This is a smooth looking blazer! Helps pulls and finishes up an outfit to look professional. Has just one button to close it together, it is business casual but still serious. I am 5'3 and 230lbs and the arms are a little tight but it still sits comfortably after getting situated inside it. When I raise my arms, the top show my blouse underneath. Nice cropped blazer, good material, but it’s not full linen as advertised. More polyester than linen. The fabric has golden threads though to give it a more sophisticated appearance.
