Great Customer Service! Unfortunately, the lid of the botte broke after 2 months of use, which would leaed to a lower rating. However, contacting Bioworld, they did send a replacement at no charge, which I assume as great customer service! The media could not be loaded. Pretty happy with this one. Stainless steel always a preference for germs! Our pediatrician recommended a 24 oz water bottle for better hydration tracking in our elementary aged son (half his body weight). This will help us keep track. He really likes this Minecraft design for the green and the TNT 😅 open spout, no straw. New for us. The lid does take a little extra to close and I’m not sure he will be diligent to close it tight. Part of my 4 star rating. Also, the handle for carrying feels very flimsy… we probably won’t use it. Feels loose almost. I would still get this even with the flimsy handle, but if you need that for carrying specifically maybe check another out. I bought this for no other reason than to keep by my bedside for cold water during the night. I NEVER would have spent over $20 on it for that, but I had over $10 cash back on Discover so I got it basically half price. It's cute, but I foresee some issues. The top seems overly complicated seeing as it's plastic and possibly prone to breakage. I can already tell the snap-in-place feature of the hinged lid is not going to last long because it's takes a bit of force to snap it in there. Another issue with the lid----when you tilt the bottle up to drink, the lid falls down and hits you in the forehead. You have to remember to hold your pointer finger on it as you drink to avoid getting bonked. Why do these companies not make the drinking spout tilted towards your face instead of straight up and down so you don't actually have to tilt the thing so far to take a drink?? The handle is also another thing I think will easily break and is a useless feature to me anyway. I'm not going to be toting this around on a trail hike. But it does provide some color so there's that. It did keep my water cold all night and in fact, 12 hours later is still full of ice. But be careful how much you tighten the lid because too loose and it will leak but too tight and it's hard to loosen back up. Bottom line, I would not pay full price for this.
