This mini cam gave me trouble from the start, it took 3+ tries to add to the app. It refused to link to my home wifi stating it wasn't 5g ready even thou my 5g phone has no problem with it. Connecting to the app was easy but the quality of the camera isn't great . Connecting it it connects strong but the visuals come at blurry , for example , instead of seeing the TV what's playing on it , ot just shows big bright white square with no detail . Almost like a sunlight shadow across the TV. Even in the light , it shows the images but very blurry . Of you get a phone call you cant see the name om the screen of the phone just the phone light up . During the day, the picture looks clean and detailed. At night, the switch to night vision happens automatically. No setup, no buttons. The room goes dark and the feed just adjusts. Black and white, but still clear enough to see movement without guessing. The app part is straightforward. I’m not someone who enjoys setting things up.
