This kit was a great value. I am impressed with how well it is built, and the accessories for a great price. The first day I had this, our daughter's cat spilled a glass of water on her Macbook PRO. Wouldn't you know, the macbook uses a 5-point micro star drive screw head (this is not a TORX), something that isn't typically found in a driver set. Lucky for me, it was included in this set. I was able to remove the bottom of the macbook to disconnect the battery and dry it out. Success, after drying it out, it turned on and booted up! I see some althernatives with larger bit set selections but for me, this was the right set and as mentioned, it had the tiny Macbook compatible bit so that was a home run for me! It's 200 RPM is a pretty good speed, the previous driver I had was 100 rpm and did not have adjustable torque which was too slow and the lack of torque settings... it was weak. I do wish it was adjustable speed and upto 250 or 300 RPM but it doesn't look like any of these micro torque sensing drivers have adjustable speed; at least not in the ,$50 range. The driver is comfortable in the hand, and intuitive to operate. The case and its push-to-release mechanism works well. I discovered this after we got the Fanttik NEX E1 MAX at our work, which is also a great driver although double the cost. I would say this unit is completely on par with the E1 Max at half the cost. Has it for a couple days repairing school computers for a highschool and it stopped working now it doesn’t even screw more than one screw before it starts to blink and does nothing else. It was good for when it lasted but the fact it broke down after some days is insane the quality and torque is good though. Read more
