I didn't want to spend over $100 on a massage gun and found this model recommended on reddit. I've had it for over a month now and average usage is around 7 times a week. Great before and after a workout...especially since I'm older and don't recover as quickly as I used to. The first week, I over-did it and bruised myself! There are tons of models out there with various attachment heads, cases, multiple intensity/speeds, led displays and shapes. This doesn't have a fancy case or 1000 heads, but it does come with a 2 year warranty. That's all I really need. I bought a cheap $6 plastic case from a hardware store and it's perfect. I'm very happy with the speeds and intensity. It's a good weight and doesn't feel cheap at all. It holds battery life sufficiently and uses a convenient USB-C type cable. The shape is great and compact but I do wish the handle was a bit longer so I could reach some of the middle portions of my back...but maybe that speaks more to my mobility than a fault of the product. Got this about a month ago and have really liked it. Recently had surgery and am able to use it to gently massage near the surgery site to stimulate movement and really do think it's helpful. One of our best purchases ever. We have a bigger massage gun at home so we were looking for a compact one to carry on in the gym bag. It has an excellent quality very sturdy and silent. Small yet very powerful easy to charge and fast. Speed levels are amazing ranging as the bigger ones. Comes with the most important four heads and the manual is really informative. In addition, it is surprisingly inexpensive. The only thing is it comes without a carry case so I bought it separately. I wish the grip was a bit longer. The pressure is excellent. I carry my tension in my shoulders, neck and around the shoulder blades. This works well for the areas I can reach. This compact device works very well. It packs a punch and is relatively quiet, and the four speed settings and different attachments allow you to use the massage gun in a variety of ways, on a variety of body parts. For the price, this is actually a pretty good unit. There are better massage guns out there, but of course they are much more expensive. I would rate this higher except I read 10 or 12 mm of amplitude, but when I measure the unit, it's only about 5 mm, which is mediocre. Great for relieving tight muscles. Work the pain spot, or use it all over body right before bed to relax everything for a great night’s sleep.
