In April 2025 I purchased this power pack. It seemed to work for approximately one month. After that is started to work intermittently. I would have to plug it in repeatedly for the battery pack to charge the phone. It frustrated me so I stopped using it for a while. Being an electronics engineer, I decided to take a closer look at the connector. Using a 10X magnifying glass I could see a very small crack from one of the contacts on the connector going all the way to the edge of the connector. I decided to contact the vendor through Amazon. I got a message back from the manufacturer saying that my inquiry was closed. I then sent another contact message saying I would give zero stars for product reliability and customer service. I got a message back from the manufacturer saying sorry for the confusion and please be patient while they investigate. That was at the beginning of October. Now we are at the middle of December and I have not seen any response. Maybe I got the one bad battery pack out of the thousands they sell, but I can not recommend this product. Read more
