Pretty disappointed honestly with the product itself. I got it, charged it as it said and when I went to turn it on, it wouldn't turn on, then it wouldn't switch speeds/modes. And then it wouldn't turn off at ALL. It finally died and I put it on charge again and left it alone for about two days trying to make sure it was fully charged like I did when I got it, then it wouldn't turn on at all. I tried several times, on and off charge, reread the instructions and even had my friend read them to to make sure I wasn't doing something obviously wrong. Didn't even get to use it as it malfunctioned from the moment I had it and then just died all together. On the other hand shipping was very fast and accurate as it came next day as it stated.
