The material are good quality and thick, perfect for winter time. And I love the back pocket. I have bought all work appropriate colors to rotate. However, they shrink as soon as I forget once not to machine dry (I use gentle cycle by default). Size M after shrinking still fits fine on waist and hip, but gets too short. In the size chart size L has same length as size M, so one size bigger does not help. Also, in the last purchase I ordered blue and it came labeled blue on the package, but it is really black. These are truly winter pants. Superior to Lands End sport knit cords. I'm 5'7. I prefer 30" inseam. After washing gray ones delicate cold & a little drying in dryer, the inseam was 26". The khaki pair went from 28" inseam to 26," about 2" shrinkage in length. It would be nice if they had a 2" hem so it could be taken down, but I'm thankful they are heavy material. I normally wear size medium, but bought size large per reviews. They fit me fine. However my sister wears size large & bought x-large. They are too big in the waist & fall down. She must be between sizes. She will alter the waist putting in tighter elastic. I saw on minibee's website a beautiful light tan color, but it wasn't for sale. Please offer that color again & use the heaviest fabric available. UPDATE: I ordered another gray pair this year. I received a pair with the back seam sewn so it pulled to one side. I asked for an exchange & received a very thin corduroy pair. I wanted the heavy fabric I had before. I returned the thin ones. Then I reordered & received the same thin, lightweight pair. I love the color, fabric and tie waist of this product. However, I was highly disappointed by the fit from the front of the garment. From my crotch to the waist where the draw string is, was at least 2 or 3 inches too long. They hung too low in the front. I have asked my seamstress to fix these and the brown pair I ordered, and she said to return them as the method to fix them doesn’t make them fit well from the back. They would be too tight. BLACK PAIR: I wanted this to be a baggy stylish and warm pant. It is all of these things, and is the highest quality fabric I've seen in a long time. There is bunching at the abdomen because of the large, deep pockets which are lined with the same thick fuzzy corduroy fabric as the pants. When I walk in the brisk cold fall mornings, my hands are warm in the roomy pockets and my legs are warm due to the thickness of the fabric. They are stylish, warm, high quality and they fit loose. I normally wear size 10 pants, but I wanted these loose so I ordered a large. I wear loose large sweaters with them like in the pictures. Perfect. They provide ample room for your belly hips and hands-in-your-pockets too! I've had these black ones for one month. and today I ordered another pair in chocolate. UPDATE: I ordered Large size in Chocolate color CHOCOLATE: This was a Large size like the black ones, but was smaller. This pair fit like a normal pant, and since it's warm and nice looking, I'll keep them. The black ones were much baggier and when compared were wider in the hips and waist. Would definitely recommend, just wanted buyers to be aware the chocolate color is smaller than black. GRAY: I ordered large, and they fit too snug taking into account laundering will make small eventually. I sent large back and ordered XL which I love! I wear a size 10 pant normally.
