11/25/18 - Since you can never be sure until you see it when ordering online, I ordered 4 pair of similar linen elastic waist pants from 4 different companies to compare. These were, by far, the best quality. The fabric is a good weight and texture for pants. The other 3 were tissue thin and seemed like they wouldn't last past the first washing or even first wear. The fit is very generous and the cut is comfortable. The color is not exactly olive green but more of a gray/brown, still a good neutral and didn't fade after washing. One of the best features is the elastic waistband, which is wide, is stitched down the middle so you don't have to untwist it every time you wash them. With most of the other skirts /pants I've purchased, even expensive ones, the elastic is loose in the pocket and twists in the wash or just from pulling them on or off. I just ordered a few more pieces and will definitely recommend this brand. 1/10/19 - I bought another pair in a black because I liked the first ones so much. The fabric is the same good quality and the color is rich but they are a little shorter than the first pair, not quite as baggy and the elastic used in the waist is a bit narrower. Great pant , I bought in black was unsure wanted a pair of linen pants. I did not want drawstring wide leg because already own. I love linen for summer wear. The sizing always worries me on line. Never know if it will fit. I’m pair shaped. Clothes made in China are always too small. I wear an 8 US. I’m 5’6”ordered a M the smallest size. They fit well in length to ankle, hips a little big but fine. I do not like tight pants. The waist is loose on me I have to pull up a lot. I wear with tunic tops a casual bra hy look. This is fine for me and I bought another pair in army green. The pockets in front add to a casual styling . Fabric is thick not see through and does not winkle as lighter weight linen. This is a blend and has a nubby texture which I like. Very comfortable. Read more
I think these pants are lovely, and if I were a little taller they would be perfect. Length-if you are 5'2" & shorter, they are not for you. Although it says cropped in the title, it's not capri length. It's cropped for a much taller person. At my height of 5'1", they came down to the sole if my heel. Fit - I'm 150 lbs and the medium was a perfect fit at my waist. The material is a linen and cotton blend and it's not scratchy like some could be. The material would be perfect for summer because the volume of material used is perfect, not too thick and not too thin. The little detailing in the picture looks much better than the pictures. Disappointed. The style is cute BUT the cut is skimpy so when one sits the fabric is tight. The fabric has no stretch or give. The fabric is heavy and scratchy. I bought these for hot humid summer days but even on a 65 degree morning they feel uncomfortable. I can’t return them because I wore them. I am alerting anyone else to beware if you are looking for soft comfortable linen. These pants are not it. I am 5’7” weigh about 198 and typically wear a 16 in pants...since isolating at home because of the covid 19 virus I have put on a few pounds so I went up a size. They waist is too big and the fit is strange. Even without these extra pounds I would still be disapointed in the fabric and fit. They are in the donation bag. very disappointing. Read more
I bought the pink and gray and fell in love with these pants—the fit, the quality, they were exactly what I was looking for. So flattering. I went back to order the black ones and was disappointed with the different fit—they were too big and therefore not as flattering. One of the pockets was also not stitched properly so it was flapping down. I will have to mend it. More consistently in the craftsmanship would make this a great product. Read more
I love these pants! They are so comfortable and easy to wear, they are flattering, and the material/construction is good. I would not say this is pure linen - it’s a blend, but that means they don’t wrinkle as badly. The fabric is substantial, but still cool and soft. The price for this quality of slacks is amazing. I’ve ordered them in 3 colors. If you are short these are not ankle pants, but they still look good. Read more
Received promptly and packaged beautifully. I'm 5'6 and these aren't crop pants on me. They are unbelievably comfortable. The linen pants are exquisitely made. The price was within reason. The pants are casual and loose fitting; keep that in mind when ordering. I look forward to lounging around my home, going to the grocery store, taking my dog for a walk and smile just a wee bit enjoying my new pull on linen pants. I just wore a white Nike t shirt and wouldn't wear anything but a casual t shirt. I always depend on comments when making most all my purchases on Amazon. It's important to keep each other informed. Love these linen/cotton pants, I'm pear shaped so finding linen pants can be challenging, however these fit the bill nicely, I bought them in size 2XL and they fit perfect out of the bag, I'm a size 16 usually but always buy the biggest size I can in Asian sizing, I will wash on delicate with cold temp, I'm bottom heavy and will not machine dry them for fear of shrinking, will hang dry only, they are a heavier material and seem to be durable but don't over heat me as of right now, there is some slight fading on the black color after one washing with very mild soap, its currently a mild winter here, summers are hot so we shall see if that changes the comfort, over all I'm happy with these pants.
