This is a great way to unclutter a desk. The parts are machined very precisely. I could not do a VESA mount because I have an extender to raise my monitor. Instead, I mounted the dock by simply hanging it from the top edge of my monitor; the extender pushes it out about 10 degrees (see photos). It seems plenty secure. I suspect that the extra space will help with cooling. The SSD was easy to install and works perfectly. My only, very minor, complaint is that I still haven't learned what the power output of the USB-A ports is. It's not in the user manual. This info would be easy to provide. Read more

I never really thought about a docking unit for my Mac mini until I saw this. Right out of the box I was impressed with how solid it felt. With the extra ports it pretty much eliminates the need for an external USB hub or adapter plugs. The side shelves on this are perfect for the small external ssd that I have. This helps to declutter my desk. The internal ssd is perfect for when I get around to adding backup storage. I am presently using a 43 inch tv for my video display. Unfortunately the VESA mounts on my tv are spaced further than the VESA mounts on this dock. It would have been nice if some sort of adaptor were included to use this with different size mounting patterns. I ended up putting an extra piece of wood under my desk so this would clear the desk frame. Read more

I bought this Minisopuru dock/mount for my Mac mini M4 and it’s honestly exactly what I was looking for. The all-aluminum build feels premium and matches the Mac mini perfectly — it doesn’t look like a cheap add-on at all. Installation under my desk was straightforward and it holds the Mac mini securely without blocking ventilation. I love how clean it makes my setup — no more box just sitting on the desk. Built like a tank and great port selection! The M4 ultra doc is very versatile, can be used without the side arms (see photos). Easy to use, slide in the Mac Mini and plug in the back USB C dual connector. That's it. Very sturdy, with SD and TF slots up front with USB A ports (your Mini already has C ports up front), and then more USB A ports on back with HDMI supporting 4K60 (sorry doesn't seem to support high refresh rates). This highly flexible and very useful bracket is perfect for my Mac Mini M4. It has a wonderfully well-made set of connectors that are molded into a solid rubber-coated flat cable for moving the ports to a more convenient position while keeping the Mac itself safely secured in the housing. The power button is still accessible and the whole unit is able to be cooled by the ambient environment while still being kept out of the way. It can be mounted behind the monitor, under the desk or on the wall to maximize space and protect the Mac. The Mini is the best point-of-departure for non-Mac folks who want to try the Mac universe in it's fullness. I myself only got into the Mac universe a few years back, and I love it. I just got a Mini as my desktop solution to augment my MacBook/iPhone based universe and this bracket is going to help keep that as transparent to my environment as possible. It used to take up a disproportionate amount of the desk-top and the cables were a constant mess around the little thing. It has more ports than I expected and this rack will keep them all available and the Mini will be entirely out of the way. The whole thing is just so attractive and elegant! There are many Mac Mini docks out - no doubt in response to the pathetic amount of storage Apple includes in the entry level Mac Mini. This dock distinguishes itself in that is can be mounted on the VESA screws of a monitor. This makes it rather unique. Additionally, this dock has many ports. They are all USB3, there are no USB-C ports on the dock itself. It is very good quality and well made! The dock is very functional…especially when you consider the extra wings or shelves for additional hard drives. Finally, this is a good value considering all you get! Read more
